Anxiety and Stress

In todays fast paced world stress and anxiety are part of normal life.  When stress is ongoing, over time this can lead to increased anxiety.  Anxiety can be debilitating stopping us from enjoying and limiting us from fully participating in life.  Living in a high stress way can lead to chronic illness, emotional distress, poor sleep and more.

 

 I have successfully worked with many people to combat the effects of anxiety and stress.  People often benefit from being able to express what is going on for them - looking at the underlying issues.  A foundation of understanding is a jumping off point that leads to developing strategies for dealing with and bringing joy back to life.
