Neurodiversity

Everyone is different. There is no single "right" way when it comes to how we think, learn and behave. Neurodiversity is a concept that describes these differences, their strengths and their challenges. It is also a social movement working to reduce stigmas around the conditions associated with them (World Economic Forum 2023).

There is burgeoning awareness that being neurodiverse can come with some challenges.  Anxiety and depression are a couple of the examples, with support and understanding these issues can be managed well and thriving can be achieved.

If you have recently found out that you are neurodiverse and would like more information or to explore what this means for you, feel free to get in touch.
